Lipaboma has 4 plans: Free Plan (KES 1/month, up to 10 units), Essential Plan (KES 2,400/month, up to 20 units), Professional Plan (KES 4,400/month, up to 50 units), and Portfolio Plan (KES 6,500/month, up to 100 units). All plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment required.
LRC stands for Lipaboma Reference Code. Every tenant unit gets a unique LRC code. When a tenant pays rent via M-Pesa Paybill, they enter this code as the account reference. Lipaboma reads the M-Pesa callback, matches the LRC to the correct unit and tenant, and auto-reconciles the payment instantly — no manual verification needed.
No. You use your existing Safaricom Paybill (or Till) number. Lipaboma connects to it through the official Safaricom Daraja API. Your tenants continue paying to the same paybill, just using their LRC code as the account reference.
